ALTOONA, Pa. — A 31-year-old woman from Altoona was arrested after allegedly attacking a family member with a knife during a heated argument, according to local authorities.
Korrine Michelle Glisson, of Altoona, is facing multiple charges, including:

The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. on May 9, when Altoona police were called to a residence on East Walnut Avenue. Upon arrival, officers reported that Glisson appeared intoxicated, and the strong smell of alcohol was noticeable.
Glisson told police she had been in a physical argument with a family member, who had already left the scene. Initially, no injuries were reported.
However, police were called back later for a second disturbance at the same address. This time, they found the kitchen and dining room in worse condition, indicating a struggle had taken place. Glisson was reportedly still intoxicated and demanded that her family member be removed.
Officers later interviewed the victim, who stated that Glisson had slashed at them with a knife during the altercation. The victim had visible cuts on their forearm, believed to be defensive wounds, as well as a wound on the left shoulder.
Police recovered the knife believed to have been used in the attack. Glisson was arrested and taken to Blair County Prison, where her bail was set at $100,000.
