Man Arrested for Burglary After Breaking Into Needmore Home: Pennsylvania State Police Confirm Identity Through Shirt Placement

A Needmore man has been arrested and charged following a break-in at a home in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania. Logan David Micha Faith, 32, is facing multiple charges including felony burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and public drunkenness after Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) apprehended him during the early hours of May 2.

The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. when PSP was alerted to a potential burglary on Timber Ridge Road in Thompson Township, Fulton County. Authorities received a description of a vehicle seen near the scene during the 911 call. Upon arrival, officers reported hearing rustling leaves behind the residence. They located Faith lying face down in the woods, who then fled when PSP announced their presence. After running approximately 150 yards and climbing over a steep embankment, Faith was eventually taken into custody.

When apprehended, Faith was wearing a shirt around his neck, exposing his chest and back. He reportedly admitted to being “very drunk” several times, with troopers noting a strong odor of alcohol and marijuana.

Surveillance footage from a trail camera provided evidence that Faith had been walking around the home moments before PSP arrived, confirming the description of his attire at the scene. In addition, PSP found a broken front window at the property, which was intact before their arrival, further supporting the burglary charges.

Faith, who has since posted a $5,000 bail with the help of a bail bondsman, faces additional conditions, including D&A and MH provisions and immediate reporting to probation upon release for SCRA placement. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 12.
