A tourist vacationing in Florida has been arrested after allegedly attempting to drown his daughter-in-law during an argument over his will. The incident occurred at a resort in Davenport, near Walt Disney World, and was only stopped thanks to the quick actions of his granddaughter and nearby neighbors who called 911.
