Katie Stevens Predicts Meghann Fahy’s Emmy Nomination: "I Told You So"

Katie Stevens is still cheering on her The Bold Type castmates, even years after the show’s finale. At the Comic-Con 2025 Entertainment Weekly Party at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego on July 26, Stevens shared her excitement about her continued support for her former co-stars, especially Meghann Fahy, who recently received an Emmy nomination.

Katie Stevens Hypes Meghann Fahy’s Emmy Nomination

Stevens, 31, revealed that she had predicted Fahy’s Emmy nomination for her role in Sirens. “I literally texted Meghann after watching Sirens and I was like, ‘You’re going to be nominated for an Emmy.’ And she was like, ‘No,'” Stevens said.

Despite Fahy’s initial doubts, Stevens’ prediction came true when Fahy was nominated for Best Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Of course, Stevens had to remind her co-star of her successful guess, adding, “I was like, all caps, ‘I TOLD YOU SO.’”

Ongoing Support for The Bold Type Castmates

Stevens expressed how much she values her relationship with her The Bold Type castmates, saying, “So those are my girls for life. So I hype every single thing that they do.”

She also praised her other co-star, Aisha Dee, saying, “I don’t know if anybody saw Aisha Dee on the SAG Awards carpet, but she is the most gorgeous, stunning human being on the planet, talent to boot.”

Staying Close After The Bold Type

Even though The Bold Type ended in June 2021, the cast has stayed close. In 2023, the group vacationed together in Portugal, proving that their bond remains strong long after the cameras stopped rolling.

Other Cast Members Celebrate Fahy’s Success

Stevens isn’t the only one supporting Fahy’s rise to fame. Melora Hardin, who also starred on The Bold Type, expressed how proud she is of Fahy’s success, particularly after Fahy’s red carpet appearance for her movie Drop. “She’s just like sailing, and I love watching her star rise. It’s really, really exciting,” Hardin told PEOPLE. “I knew she had it in her.”

Katie Stevens’ Next Project: Providence Falls

While celebrating her friends’ accomplishments, Stevens is also preparing for her own big project. She’s set to star in Providence Falls, a Hallmark series based on a book trilogy by Jude Deveraux and Tara Sheets, which premieres on August 2.
