Haliburton, who was recently sidelined from the NBA Finals due to an Achilles injury, was wearing a boot on his right leg during the proposal.

The couple’s love story dates back to 2019, when they were both students at Iowa State University. At the time, Haliburton was playing for the Iowa State Cyclones, while Jones was a cheerleader for the university.
