Why Michelle Saniei and Aaron Nosler’s Relationship Ended So Suddenly

The Valley star Michelle Saniei has split from her boyfriend Aaron Nosler after a year of dating, PEOPLE confirms.

In the wake of their breakup, Saniei, 36, is focusing on her 5-year-old daughter Isabella, whom she shares with her ex, Jesse Lally, as well as her work and personal well-being as she enters this new chapter of her life.

How Michelle and Aaron Met

Michelle Saniei started dating Aaron Nosler, 38, a financial advisor, after her separation from Jesse Lally in 2023. In May 2024, during an Instagram Live session, Saniei shared how she and Nosler met at a coffee shop when Isabella waved at him.

Saniei explained, “Isabella and Aaron had a little interaction from far away, and I didn’t see it… and then I got my coffee and left, and Aaron and I actually didn’t speak. A couple of days or a week later, he saw us again, and then it was kind of the same thing. So, Isabella was actually the introduction, and it was just very natural.”

Nosler’s Appearances on The Valley

Nosler frequently appeared alongside Michelle Saniei on season 2 of The Valley. During the July 1 episode of the show, Jesse Lally, 43, had a conversation with Nosler at a dinner in Hawaii, where they discussed things that had “bothered” Lally.

Lally confronted Nosler about a Father’s Day post, saying, “Having my mother and my friends send me screenshots of you with my daughter on Father’s Day… that is disrespectful to post a picture of my daughter without even asking her father if that’s okay. That was a big slap in the face from Michelle.”

Nosler admitted it “completely slipped my mind” but acknowledged his mistake. “We were having such a good day supporting her, and I put myself in your shoes and I was like, ‘Yeah, that’s not right,’ so I took it down,” he said. “But like, treat us with respect.”

Later, Lally asked Nosler if he “did or did not cross the line” when he was still married to Michelle. Nosler firmly denied any inappropriate involvement. “No, absolutely not,” Nosler replied, explaining that they had only texted a few times and ran into each other occasionally.

Lally’s Thoughts on the Situation

In a confessional, Jesse Lally expressed his belief that Michelle and Aaron may have had a physical and emotional relationship before their separation. “How else do you explain having a boyfriend two weeks after being separated while still living in my house?” he questioned.

Michelle Saniei has denied having an affair and clarified that there was no wrongdoing.

Co-Parenting Isabella

In the season 2 finale, which aired on July 22, Michelle Saniei and Jesse Lally decided to set their differences aside and focus on co-parenting their daughter Isabella. Michelle shared, “I’m choosing to give Jesse the benefit of the doubt.”
