After the woman’s complaint, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded to the group home and arrested Custodio on charges of battery on a person 65 or older. He was taken to the Lake County Jail and later posted a $10,000 bond. Custodio has pleaded not guilty to the charges, with his next court appearance set for August 4, 2023.
