The Empire star, 30, took to Instagram on July 21 to share a “Life Lately Dump,” providing her followers with a heartfelt update on her postpartum journey just two months after welcoming her baby.

In the post, Serayah expressed her gratitude to everyone who had reached out to congratulate her and offer support. “2 months postpartum.. Wowww where do I begin??” she began the caption. “First, I want to thank everyone who’s reached out to me, congratulated me and sent me love and support during this new chapter.”

“My family showed up and showed out! Idk what I would do without them. I’m still shook, in total disbelief that I’m a mommy now,” Serayah continued, adding, “This is the greatest accomplishment of my life thus far.”
