A member of her camera crew, who was filming the performance, also appeared to stumble, as seen in a fan-shared video on X. Despite the fall, Gaga immediately got back up, much to the applause of the crowd, and continued with her high-energy performance as if nothing had happened.

The MAYHEM Ball tour marks Gaga’s return to the stage after the success of the Chromatica Ball in 2022. In a statement, she explained her desire to create a different kind of concert experience this time around. “There’s something electric about a stadium, and I love every moment of those shows.

“I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore, but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going,” she said, referring to her album MAYHEM, which was released on March 7.

Gaga’s MAYHEM tour has already been a monumental success. On May 3, she broke the record for the most-attended concert by a female artist in history with a performance for 2.5 million people at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, an achievement that underscores her global influence and enduring popularity.

Lady Gaga’s Las Vegas residency took place on July 16, 18, and 19, and the MAYHEM tour will continue across North America and Europe. Upcoming performances include stops in New York City, Chicago, London, and Milan.
The tour will conclude in Tokyo on January 25, 26, 29, and 30, making it a journey that spans several months and continents.
