Brody Jenner and Tiarah “Tia” Blanco have officially tied the knot! The The Hills: New Beginnings star, 41, and professional surfer, 28, celebrated their love on Saturday, July 12, in a beautiful and intimate ceremony at the Malibu home of Brody’s mother, Linda Thompson.
According to TMZ, around 60 to 70 guests were present, including Brody’s father, Caitlyn Jenner, who came to show his support.
The couple’s journey to the altar was a special one, as they had announced their engagement in June 2023. Brody surprised Tia during their baby shower by proposing in front of family and friends. The heartfelt moment was captured in a video that Brody later shared on Instagram.
The video showed Brody and Tia giving a short speech to thank guests for attending, followed by Brody pulling out a ring box and popping the question to a delighted Tia, who embraced him as their loved ones cheered and clapped. The couple shared their joy in the post, writing, “Can’t wait to love you forever 💍.”
Brody and Tia’s relationship began in April 2022 when they were spotted posting similar photos of a waterfall in Hawaii, sparking dating rumors. Their romance quickly grew, and by the following month, they were photographed together in California.
In January 2023, they announced that they were expecting a child, sharing a heartfelt ultrasound video on social media. The announcement was captioned with, “We are excited to share with you the blessing of a new life in the new year…Our little angel is on their way 💙.”
Their daughter, Honey Raye, was born in July 2023, and Brody and Tia couldn’t be happier. In a joint Instagram post, they shared, “Momma and baby are in perfect health. We are so incredibly in love and have been cherishing this precious time together as a family. We want to thank everyone for all the love and support 🙏🏼.”
The couple also directed fans to their new YouTube channel, where they posted a video documenting their journey, including the baby shower, proposal, and a full home birth.
In the video, Brody expressed his deep admiration for Tia, who won a gold medal at the 2015 International Surfing Association Open Women’s World Surfing Championship. “She’s my better half.
She’s the most incredible woman I’ve met in my entire life,” Brody said. “I think the universe kind of does things the way it’s supposed to. She was the perfect person for me.” He continued, “We got pregnant very fast. I know we’ve only been together a year, but she’s the right one and I know that with all my heart.”
Just days before their wedding, the couple shared a playful and romantic Instagram post, where Brody danced to Bruno Mars’ song “I Think I Wanna Marry You” while wearing a shirt adorned with photos of Tia. Tia shared her excitement in the caption, writing, “I think I wanna marry you!” Brody replied, “6 MORE DAYS!!!!!!! I LOVE YOUUUUUU ❤️.”
Linda Thompson, Brody’s mother, expressed her happiness for the couple in a comment, writing, “I’m so happy you found the love of your life and that we can all celebrate a beautiful marriage! Love you so much❤️.”
