TULSA, OK – A 19-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred during the Juneteenth Festival in Tulsa. Timetrious Moore was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder after an investigation by the Tulsa Police Department (TPD).
The shooting took place Saturday evening at the Juneteenth Festival, and police responded early the following morning. According to a Fox23 report, Isaiah Knight, 22, was fatally shot during the event. Detectives later discovered a video showing the shooting, which led to the identification of Moore as the suspect.
Officers conducted an interview with one of Moore’s associates, who confirmed Moore’s involvement in the incident. With this confirmation, police arrested Moore at his home and brought him to the TPD Detective Division for questioning.

During questioning, Moore reportedly admitted to firing a weapon one or two times into a crowded intersection at the festival, an act that was captured in the surveillance video.
Second Suspect Still at Large
In addition to Moore, police believe a second suspect is responsible for the shooting that also injured several others during the festival. Authorities are currently searching for this individual.
