Lindsay Hubbard, reality star and longtime cast member of Summer House, has announced that she will be returning for Season 10 of the hit Bravo series, despite the significant changes in her life after becoming a mother.
The 38-year-old shared the exciting news on Instagram on June 17, revealing that she is ready to return to the show after welcoming her daughter Gemma with ex Turner Kufe over six months ago.
In her post, Hubbard wrote, “BFFR of course I’m coming back this summer 💃🏼,” alongside a series of photos and clips from Season 9 filming.
However, she also acknowledged that her return will look “a little different” now that she’s a mom, humorously adding, “…since I’m a whole ass mom now 🤱🏼.”
A Shift in Summer House Cast Dynamics
Hubbard’s return announcement comes amid a significant casting shakeup in the Summer House family. Just days before Lindsay’s reveal, Paige DeSorbo announced on June 5 via Instagram Stories that she will not be returning for Season 10.
Paige shared a heartfelt message, saying, “Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.” However, she continued, “But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”
Additionally, Lexi Wood followed suit by announcing her departure from the series a day later. Lexi also shared her perspective on her time on the show, including a cryptic remark about her ex, Jesse Solomon.
“Well… That wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” she wrote, adding, “I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well… maybe one 😉).”
Lindsay Hubbard’s Split with Turner Kufe
Earlier this year, Lindsay also confirmed her breakup with Turner Kufe, which had been ongoing for several months. During part 2 of the Season 9 reunion, Lindsay shared that while she and Turner were no longer romantically involved, their focus remains on co-parenting their daughter, Gemma.
She said, “We put our romantic relationship on pause for now. We are just focused on being the best parents we can possibly be to Gemma. We are coparents, we are an amazing team.”
Lindsay went on to explain that balancing their personal lives and the pressures of being in the public eye had been challenging. “It’s a struggle,” she admitted. “Dad is private, mom is public, and what does that make baby? It’s hard.”
Despite the challenges, Lindsay emphasized that she and Turner are “figuring out” how to best navigate their new roles as parents.
She added, “We’ll see what happens in the future, but as of right this second, I think there’s a lot for us to figure out when it comes to parenting, coparenting, my lifestyle, me being public, him being private.”
