Ava Sambora, daughter of rock legend Richie Sambora, is gearing up for some major milestones in her life. The 27-year-old is balancing a busy schedule as she prepares for her wedding to fiancé Tyler Farrar, while also continuing her education toward a doctorate.

Ava spent a quiet, quality Father’s Day weekend with her dad, Richie Sambora, 65, enjoying one-on-one time together. A source shared that the pair, who share a close bond, had a relaxing weekend following a busy year for Ava. “They both love spending time one-on-one together,” the source said.
The timing of their celebration was ideal as Ava has recently been accepted into Pepperdine University to pursue her doctorate starting this fall.
