Two teenage brothers from Georgia have found themselves facing serious legal consequences after allegedly opening fire at a birthday party, then bragging about it on social media.
Dwayne Tolbert, 14, and Major Tolbert, 13, were arrested earlier this week and charged with multiple felonies, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct, and possession of a firearm.

She also sternly warned them, “This is no joke, when you’re out here shooting guns!”
Before Dwayne could offer an explanation about the incident, stating that it was their cousin’s party, the judge stopped him to prevent him from potentially incriminating himself. The brothers, still facing serious charges, were denied bond during the court session.
