The incident occurred early Saturday morning when Plano Police received a call from Joseph at 5:39 a.m. He admitted to being involved in the crash. The authorities later determined that Joseph’s BMW collided with a motorcycle, causing the tragic death of the woman. Jones emphasized that Joseph needed to prove himself both on and off the field. He mentioned, “He needs to be a good player on and off the field, and we’re going to give him a chance to do that.
