With a preference for writing and photography, Kamea Pierce joined yearbook and contemplates using journalism to write articles in the future. So far, Pierce has enjoyed the yearbook course, especially photography,  enough to encourage others to join the staff. “It is a fun experience,” Pierce said. Though Pierce does not enjoy participating in sports, she would enjoy completing sports pages because she can write and design it. Journalism may be a hobby in Pierce’s future; but since she excels in math, she plans to study psychology in college.
