This poses a risk to roads and low-lying areas near Highway 212 and along local riverbanks. Residents are urged to avoid flooded roadways and remain cautious near streams and riverbanks.

The weekend won’t bring much relief as Saturday is forecasted to see a 70% chance of storms, particularly after 1 p.m. Expect thunder and heavy rain, with rainfall totals potentially reaching three-quarters of an inch by nightfall.
While Sunday will bring a slight chance of early showers, it will be mostly sunny with a high around 79°F. However, the unsettled weather pattern will persist into the following week, with more chances of storms and lingering humidity.
